Introduction
SixLytics respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have implemented procedures for receiving written notification of claimed copyright infringement and for processing such claims in a timely manner.
This page describes the process for submitting a copyright infringement claim to SixLytics, as well as the process for submitting a counter-notification if you believe your content was removed in error.

Copyright Policy
SixLytics operates in compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and international copyright laws. We respond to valid notices of copyright infringement and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material.
Safe Harbor Protection
SixLytics qualifies for "safe harbor" protection under Section 512 of the DMCA. To maintain this protection, we:
- Designate a registered DMCA Agent to receive infringement notices
- Respond promptly to valid DMCA notices
- Implement a repeat infringer policy
- Accommodate standard technical measures used by copyright owners
What We Require
Before submitting a DMCA notice, please ensure that:
- You are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
- The material you're reporting is actually infringing your copyright
- You have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized
- You understand that submitting a false claim may result in legal liability
- The material is hosted on our servers (not just linked from our site)
DMCA Notice Requirements
To file a DMCA takedown notice, you must provide a written communication that includes substantially the following information:
- Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works).
- Identification of the infringing material - provide URLs or specific location information sufficient for us to locate the material.
- Your contact information - name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Important Legal Notice: Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages. Don't make false claims.

You can submit your DMCA notice using the form below or by emailing our DMCA Agent directly. All notices must include the required information listed above.

Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe that your content was removed in error or as a result of misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. To be effective, a counter-notice must include:

- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or the district where SixLytics is located) and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complaining party. If they do not file a court action within 10-14 business days, we may restore the removed material.

Takedown Process Timeline

If no counter-notice is filed, the removal is permanent. If a counter-notice is filed, we await court action from the original complainant.
Day 15+Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, SixLytics has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the site and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
Three Strikes Policy
SixLytics operates on a "three strikes" policy for copyright infringement:
- First Strike: Warning email and content removal
- Second Strike: Temporary account suspension (30 days)
- Third Strike: Permanent account termination

We typically respond to valid DMCA notices within 24-48 hours. The complete takedown process, including counter-notice window, can take 2-3 weeks.
What happens after I submit a DMCA notice?
We'll review your notice, remove the content if valid, and notify the user who posted it. The user then has the option to submit a counter-notice.
Can I submit a DMCA notice for content I don't own?
No, you must be the copyright owner or have explicit authorization to act on their behalf. False claims may result in legal liability.
What if my content was removed by mistake?

Do you handle international copyright claims?
Yes, we honor valid copyright claims from countries that have copyright treaties with the United States. International claimants should ensure their notice meets US DMCA requirements.
